We are spending four weeks exploring acrylics from the ground up. We will kick things off with a practical overview of materials, brushes and surfaces. Then we will work on value studies in black and white to build our confidence. Next we will dive into the world of color with a master copy of a classic painting and several still lifes. You’ll learn color mixing, composition, value structure and more. Whether you’re new to painting or hoping to strengthen your skills, this class will help you learn how to paint expressively and confidently!
