Open Call: “Small Changes” Fine Arts Exhibition

We're excited to announce the return of the Fine Arts Exhibition — with a few "Small Changes." A change of location, a shift in the time of year, and artwork that's no larger than 24 inches! All artists are invited to participate in the 34th Annual Decatur Fine Arts Exhibition, a juried multimedia presentation in conjunction with the Decatur Arts Festival, by submitting an entry by March 24.
