The focus of my current series Adulting is about our intermittent struggle with facing the challenges and monotony of the boring, uninteresting tasks that come with being an adult, such as, decision making, mature and healthy expressions of our feelings, paying bills, laundry, the DMV, etc. Often times this has us be more in touch with our inner child, who wants to have fun and not be bothered by these “”adult”” things. Sometimes adults also have perceptions of themselves in a distorted or exaggerated fashion when dealing with these scenarios and this series is a humorous approach to expressing these thoughts and feelings.

Adulting, Wheel of Fortune – This piece reminds us that life is a journey with twists and turns. Are our destinations, ups and downs fate or manifestation or a little of both? The wheel highlights some of the stereotypical destinations we all could visit and Praying Pris is wanting us all to get what we want on the wheel.
