Genetics professor by day and an artist at every available opportunity, Jim Ingles participated in the plein air painting event last year in decatur. This show features landscapes, but also non-objective abstract paintings, and paper collages that he creates when he travels without his painting gear.
Ingles divides his time between Toronto and Decatur, and has painted landscapes in places across the U.S., Canada, and in Provence and Tuscany. See more on his website.
