Submit your entries for the juried Fine Arts Exhibition of the 2018 Decatur Arts Festival. We invite artists working in all media to apply. Artist applications will be accepted through callforentry.org Jan. 8 through Feb. 28. Jurors this year are Angus Galloway, Ann Rowles, and Fred Yalouris.
This exhibition contributes a fresh and unique perspective to the festival and to an audience representing a broad spectrum of knowledge and appreciation of the arts, addressing this spectrum with a diversity of styles and media. Works selected for the show reflect a wide range of artists’ experiences and viewpoints, with excellence as a common thread. All works must be original and completed within the last two years.
The exhibition offers monetary prizes as well as purchase awards from the Decatur Business Association and the City of Decatur. The show takes place at the Dalton Gallery on the Agnes Scott College campus, May 22-June 10.
