Central Outreach & Advocacy Center is a 501c3 nonprofit in downtown Atlanta that provides emergency services, such as access to food, clothing, shelter, and identification, to homeless and near-homeless individuals to help meet their immediate and critical needs. We also offer innovative employment readiness training to help our guests build job skills and find meaningful, living-wage employment, and we work with our community-housed and unhoused alike-to bring about positive changes in the policies and attitudes that contribute to homelessness.
